Sheraton Vistana Resort Villas, Lake Buena Vista/Orlando

This is an older resort but is in excellent shape. There are 7 pools and even an activity area for kids. The Staff were awesome and very responsive. It is located about 10 minutes from the entrance to The Disney Area so very convienent.

This is such a wonderful hotel! It was located about 10 minutes away from Disney and has lots of great dining/shopping options around the area. The villa was very spacious and we had a balcony view of one of the lakes. We had a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms with 3 beds plus a sofa bed, and 2 full bathrooms. It was great! Very good price as well. Highly recommend if you’re looking to stay here to go to Disney land!

We really enjoyed our stay at Vistana in February. We had an event at Paradise Cove across the street and a few park days planned at Epic Universe and this property was perfectly located. There were plenty of decent food options on property and off, nearby. The staff were very friendly and prompt when we needed new linens or towels. We were in a corner unit in the Cascades building and we really liked it. Check out was very convenient and we appreciated how you could simply text the team whenever you needed anything. The pools and pool bar were great and we appreciated how walkable the property was. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely be back again!

We stayed at Sheraton Vistana Resort Villas, Lake Buena Vista/Orlando for four nights while in town for a soccer tournament at ESPN Wide World of Sports, and it was an excellent experience overall. We booked a king-size villa with a full kitchen, and it made a long, busy trip so much easier. The kitchen was fully functional and well-equipped, which allowed us to cook meals, store leftovers, and avoid eating out for every meal. Huge plus for a tournament stay. The location is extremely convenient—just a very short, easy drive to the parks and ESPN. The resort grounds were absolutely pristine, and the villa itself was spotless and felt very new and well maintained. It was also impressively quiet; we couldn’t hear any outside noise or sounds from neighboring rooms at all. The gated entry added an extra sense of security, which we appreciated. What really stood out was the value. The quality of the resort far exceeded the price. We’ve stayed at significantly more expensive hotels that were nowhere near as nice, clean, or comfortable as this one. The only downsides were minor but worth mentioning. The resort does push vacation packages fairly hard, and being asked to strip the bed and take out the trash before departure felt a bit odd for a hotel stay (this isn’t an Airbnb). Additionally, we were told we had a “departure gift” at the front desk, waited several minutes, and were ultimately given a card for a discounted photo book, which felt underwhelming. That said, those small annoyances didn’t take away from an otherwise fantastic stay. We would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend it—especially for families or anyone visiting Orlando for an extended stay or event.

Very nice villas, clean. Getting into the property and checked in was a nightmare but thankfully after the first day it was a breeze. Nice pools. Close to all the attractions we wanted to visit. The laundry in the villa was a mega hit with having 4 children.

As the weather gets cold here in Chicago; our thoughts turn to The Sheraton Vistana Resort in Lake Buena Vista! We have been making this our home away from home for the last three years during the worst part of the winter. We have been coming to Orlando for at least a few weeks over the last 35 years and we have found this to be the best resort in the area. We will be staying here once again this winter for 8 weeks and we wanted to leave this review to encourage other guests to give this resort a chance to see what we are talking about. The main reason we are loyal to this resort is due to the excellent staff they have assembled at this location. The key person we have built a friendship with is Kevin Haddocks. He is the Front Desk Supervisor and he has always taken care of all of our needs during our visit. He makes sure all of our requests are followed up on and we have not had any complaints all of these years. They have events that he has advised us of and they are always fun to attend. His best recommendation last year was their Comedian/ Magician artist named Erick Olson. He was great and I would highly recommend his show. They have 7 pools and three different places to grab something to eat. Then they have three separate workout gyms where you can burn off the calories! Give this place a try; you will not be dissapointed. Jasper & Sue T.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sheraton Vistana Resort Villas Orlando Another fantastic stay at Sheraton Vistana Resort Villas. This resort is a great option for Disney trips. Spacious villas, well maintained grounds, and a relaxing atmosphere after long park days. The villas are roomy, clean, and comfortable, with full kitchens and plenty of space to unwind. The multiple pools and amenities make it feel like a true resort, not just a place to sleep. It is also very convenient to Walt Disney World, which makes early mornings and late nights much easier. Staff has been friendly and helpful, and the property is beautifully laid out with lots of green space, walking paths, and resort activities. It is a perfect balance of fun and relaxation. If you are looking for a comfortable, well located Orlando resort with great value and space, this is an excellent choice. I will definitely be back. 6 miles from Disney, no I4!

Stayed in building Cascade 10. Nice unit. Easy to park. Elevator. Noise from highway. Walk around resort is nice in the morning or evening. Did not eat at resort. Screened in porches on each unit in our building. Felt safe. A/C worked well. 2 bedroom unit with full kitchen. 2 full bathrooms. Regular kitchen and dining table. Would stay again.
